Arch-enemies: Lethargic Lad, Little Green Boy, Lad of Steel, Lad of Tomorrow.

Origin: Little is known of when or how the Rubber Shark became obsessed with rubber and shark themed crime. It does seem that he did spend some time lurking in the sewers while developing a hatred of Lethargic Lad.

Powers: He's short.

Equipment: Rubber Shark has a collection of shark themed weapons, including a self-inflating rubber shark capable of destroying the world.
