The Part-Time-Lethargic-Lad-Revenge-Squad was formed by the Evil Smiley Face Guy to be a team of Lethargic Lad's greatest arch enemies, whose combined goal is to destroy Lethargic Lad. Only true enemies of Lethargic Lad will be allowed to join, and not just any super villain, as was found out by Pelican Boy, who tried to join the Revenge'Squad's ranks. Evil Smiley Face Guy has even gone to the extent of breaking super villains out of prison, as was the case with Mr. Cheese and the Quizmaster, to have them in the group. At the Revenge-Squad's first meeting, it was decided that because some members couldn't devote all their time to the group, that the Revenge-Squad would have to be part time, thus the team's name. While The Part-Time-Lethargic-Lad-Revenge-Squad has yet to destroy Lethargic Lad, they have rented a van. Recently, several members of The Part-Time-Lethargic-Lad-Revenge-Squad have left the team to join The Legion of Super Bad Guys, leaving Evil Smiley Face Guy, Mr. Mimico and Starro'david as the only remaining members.
