Arch-enemies: Mr. Mimico, Evil Smiley Face Guy.

Origin: Very little is known about Lay-Z-Boy's past, except that he has been a constant fixture of Infantino City's superhero population. Exactly how he attained his super powers is unknown at this time.

Powers: Lay-Z-Boy can transform his body into a comfy chair. A really, really comfy chair; comfy enough to completely relax his enemies.

Equipment: Lay-Z-Boy has a mask and a cape.
