Arch-enemies: Leftist Gorilla, Year 2000 Bug.

Origin: Guy-With-Claws was one of the original members of Project: MKUltra, a top secret military experiment that created super-agents with cerebral implants, microwave transmitters and psychoactive drugs. MKUltra was designed by the secret black wing of the the government, Aegis Prime, to be a fighting unit against the Soviet Union's Super-Monkey Program. At sometime, Project: MKUltra disbanded, and Guy-With-Claws used his training to become a superhero. He is still usually in the company of other former MKUltra members, Guy-With-A-Gun and Ghost Guy and has become one of the original members of Guy-With-A-Gun's multi-cultural superhero team, The New A-Team.

Powers: Guy-With-Claws seems to only be able to speak in the form of sound effects.

Equipment: Paper "claws" that are taped to his gloves.
