Group affiliation: Partner with Guy-With-Claws and Ghost-Guy. Current leader of The New A-Team. Former MKUltra Agent. Wants to be a member of the Beef League International and the Captain Company. Will tell you he's a member of the Avengers, X-Men, Fantastic Four, JLA, Teen Tians, WildC.A.T.S., Youngblood, etc.

Allies: Guy-With-Claws, Ghost-Guy, Lethargic Lad, The Torminator, Star Spangled Crab.

Arch-enemies: Pelican Boy, Robot Monster, Leftist Gorilla, Year 2000 Bug.

Origin: Guy-With-A-Gun claims to have been a member of Project: MKUltra, a top secret military experiment that created super-agents with cerebral implants, microwave transmitters and psychoactive drugs. MKUltra was designed by the secret black wing of the the government, Aegis Prime, to be a fighting unit against the Soviet Union's Super-Monkey Program. At sometime, Guy-With-A-Gun got out of MKUltra, and used his training to become a superhero.

Powers: Guy-With-A-Gun has no real superpowers, but if the MKUltra story is true, then he should be well trained in all forms of combat. He has yet to show any evidence of this.

Equipment: A giant collection of guns, a small motorcycle, and possibly a microwave transmitter implanted in his brain.
