Arch-enemies: Leftist Gorilla, Year 2000 Bug.

Origin: Ghost Guy was one of the original members of Project: MKUltra, a top secret military experiment that created super-agents with cerebral implants, microwave transmitters and psychoactive drugs. MKUltra was designed by the secret black wing of the the government, Aegis Prime, to be a fighting unit against the Soviet Union's Super-Monkey Program. At some point in time, Project: MKUltra disbanded, and Ghost Guy used his training to become a superhero. He is still usually in the company of other former MKUltra members, Guy-With-A-Gun and Guy-With-Claws and has become one of the original members of Guy-With-A-Gun's multi-cultural superhero team, The New A-Team.

Powers: Ghost Guy seems to only be able to speak in the form of sound effects. Also, his head is on fire.

Equipment: Often has a teddy bear and rides a flaming Big Wheel.
