Origin: Vicki Kim Valeokawalski was originally a photographer and reporter for the Daily Beaver who was investigating Larry Ladhands and Lethargic Lad. Soon, Vicki Kim discovered Lethargic Lad's secret identity, and fell in love with him. Later, after being rescued from one of the Rubber Shark's henchmen by both Lethargic Lad and Lethargic Lass, Vicki Kim flew into a jealous rage seeing the two of them together. She immediately threw herself off a building, allowed cats to chew on her fingers, trashed her apartment, then made a costume out of odd scraps of material and rubber to become Evil Girl.

Powers: Evil Girl possesses expert sewing skills.

Equipment: That crazy form-fitting costume. The fingers are kind of pointy.
