Origin: Mr. Ward was the original crime fighting partner of Mr. West. After being forced to take testicle reducing drugs by television producers, Mr. Ward left Mr. West and turned to the dark side, to become known as the Evil Smiley Face Guy. Sometime after Mr. West took on another apprentice, Larry Ladhands, Evil Smiley Face Guy swore revenge on both of them, and eventully killed Mr. West by crushing him with a safe. Moments before Evil Smiley Face Guy died, after his first big scheme to poison Infantino City with Happy Foo poison, Mr. Ward turned back to the good side, and joined Mr. West in the spirit world. However, due to a strange re-writing of the lethargic universe's timeline, Evil Smiley Face Guy was "reborn" and set out to create a team of super villains as the The Part-Time-Lethargic-Lad-Revenge-Squad.

Powers: Evil Smiley Face Guy seems to have an above average evil brain.

Equipment: Evil Smiley Face Guy's evil smiley face is really a helmet, hiding his evil, bloated face from the world. Sometimes he also has a cane, sometimes he has a helmet he wears over his smiley helmet. Evil Smiley Face Guy also rents a van for Part-Time-Lethargic-Lad-Revenge-Squad business.
