Arch-enemies: Lethargic Lad.

Origin: It is unknown how the Evil Cyborg Lethargic Lad came to be. He just did. Although he is commonly found in the company of Lethargic Lad and the four other Lethargic Lads, he does not claim to be a friend or ally, and is constantly reminding them that his brain is "evil" and that he could attack them at any time. There have been occasions when The Evil Cyborg Lethrgic Lad has acted as an enemy. Recently he joined the Legion of Super Bad Guys, and devised a seemingly successful plan to rid Infantino City of the major superheroes, including Lethargic Lad.

Powers: The Evil Cyborg Lethrgic Lad has the power to transform his body in to virtually anything. He also possess great strength, and an evil cybernetic brain.
