Origin: Chad is a founding member of the No-Mutants. Later on, Chad decided to wear a bucket on his head to make the No-Mutants more like the "Legionnaires."

Powers: Like all members of the No-Mutants, Chad has no powers.

Equipment: A bucket on his head.
