Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen #98

Jimmy Olsen and Clark Kent go to the African jungle to cover the story of a film company shooting their latest "jungle epic." Jimmy convinces the director to let him do a "small role" in the movie. Later, Jimmy falls in quicksand and gets rescued, not by Superman, but by Bruna, the sacred ape. Bruna, who tends to imitate things she sees in movies (the film crew has been showing the natives and Bruna "jungle movies"), recalls scenes from King Kong, and falls in love with Jimmy. When Superman rescues Jimmy from Bruna, Bruna goes berzerk in the local village. So, naturally, to solve the problem, Superman returns Jimmy to Bruna, dresses up as a witch doctor, and performs a marriage ceremony. Jimmy eventually shows Bruna a movie he's already been in, where he gets thrown off a cliff by a gorilla. Bruna imitates the scene and throws Jimmy off a cliff, where Superman is waiting to catch him. Ta da!
